Eating healthy requires loads of dedication and endurance. When eating you are giving your body the fuel
that makes you grow and think, without any food and fluids your body won’t be able to function. Food and
water is your fuel, you can’t run a car that is empty, so you won’t be able to run a body that is empty. A
well balanced diet is important because you need nutrition, calories, sugar and more to live a long healthy
life. Eating healthy is beneficial for your weight, it will be easier to lose or control your weight. It is also
useful because it can prevent life taking diseases and it will improve your overall health.

Healthy eating habits can prevent obesity and eating disorders such as anorexia. Obesity is a high epidemic
in the world. Statistics show that people that have a lower income are more prone to be unable to afford
healthier options, so they are at a higher risk of not being able to control their weight, this is only one of
the reasons why obesity is taking over. For people to accomplish a healthy weight they need to be educated
on food choices, this education is started in early childhood. The education will provide ideas to fit different
budgets, it will also teach you what is required to control your weight. Achieving a controlled weight can
help you control cholesterol,blood pressure and blood sugar.

Poor eating habits are affecting children and adults throughout the world. The most common diseases that
have been diagnosed due to unhealthy food choices include - diabetes 2, hypertension, heart diseases,
tiredness and tooth decay these are just a few examples of diseases that can be controlled by your food
choices. Eating healthy can prevent and contribute to all of these diseases. Some of the diseases are caused
by poor nutrition. Poor eating habits is when you eat to much food or not enough, it is also not having the
sufficient amount of healthy food. Healthy food is great for you health

Healthy food is important because it boosts your health and protects your body. Eating healthy everyday you
will gain the nutrients you need for your body to grow, to become strong and to sustain your energy.
Eating a balanced diet means your meals involves an equal amount of carbohydrates, protein, fats and fiber. When
your eating a balanced diet your body starts to work in sync, this means leaving your blood sugar levels
normal, where eating unhealthy will make your blood sugar levels drop or rise.

Eating healthy is the best option, it is so beneficial for you. Having a well balanced diet means you can
prevent life taking diseases, eating healthy improves your overall health and it excludes the risk of being
obese. Eating healthy is helpful, it make you the best you can be. Unhealthy eating can lead to many health
problems, so if you start eating healthy sooner you will live a long healthy life.
