Yellow submarine is a Beatles song, the song was created in
1966. The song was written by Paul McCartney and John
Lennon, the lead singer was Ringo starr. This song was aimed
for younger children, They said they wanted to create a
“Sparky” children's song. The songwriters used short words
as the lyrics so then children will pick it up easy and sing
along.  Some people believed in the song there was the
phrase “sea of green” this was a symbol of money. Once the
Beatles were famous they were forced to stay in a hotel room
and work under pressure, they called the hotel room the
submarine, but because they were having a great time they
said yellow which represents happiness. Other people believed
the song was a much deeper song, they thought it was about
drugs or war, This song was often sung at protests and other
rallies.
