Literacy shed poem

Trailblazer in space!
Curiously waiting for the journey to begin
Launching into the unknown expanse of space
Fear for my future erupts throughout my limbs
65 years later in the expanse of space,
isolated in a capsule of heart & soul
Oh sweet mother i'm coming home
From the corner of my eye a familiar shape emerges
Prepared for landing, oh mother please hold me tight
I hit the ground hard into a world of dry, deserted wasteland, a tear forms in my eye as I look into the eyes of my home
It's not a planet it was my home.
